The procedure results in a natural sweetener, that is used in the Mediterranean since ancient times. We produce it in the traditional philosophy but with modern technology to make sure that it includes all the good ingredients. Tasting notes: Dark red colour with ruby highlights, pure aromas of sun-dried grapes, plums and spices. Very rich body, sweet taste with a hint of sourness and a long sweet finish.
